Heathrow Survey

To what extent would you support or oppose Heathrow's easterly alternation plans based on the below?

Heathrow Airport want to implement easterly alternation, which they say will “deliver more equitable distribution of aircraft noise for our local communities and bring predictable periods of respite for residents when Heathrow is on easterly operations.” They say that: "Easterly alternation will not change the number of aircraft flying in and out of Heathrow, nor is it a pre-cursor to any potential airport expansion. This project is to support the end of the Cranford Agreement and allow more equitable distribution of noise for local communities." To implement this, they will require the construction of new ground infrastructure on our existing footprint, which will be outlined in detail in a planning application.
