After the visit, Jack said:
"It was good to meet the team from the Thames Basin Heaths Partnership at the glorious Chobham Common Nature Reserve.
They do great work day in, day out to protect the natural life that flourishes across the 1,500+ acre site.
It is a fantastic example of lowland heath and home to rare heathland wildlife. We can all play our part in protecting it by sticking to paths during ground-nesting bird season, taking measures to prevent wildfires, and exploring local greenspace on your doorstep walk."
